Hi, I’m Bryan Daigle

I’m a leadership and transformation coach, and founder of Next Level Leadership Coaching.

I help high-achieving fathers close the gap between who they are today and the man, dad, and leader they want to be by reprogramming the beliefs, self-talk, and behaviors that hold them back.

☑️ 10+ years leading men to more purpose, presence, and alignment

DadCoaching

Over the past several years, I’ve helped clients:

  • Build emotional awareness and regulation

  • Strengthen their marriages and family connection

  • Create habits that will serve them for a lifetime

  • Lead with more purpose, calm, and integrity at home and at work

My Hero’s Journey Process has helped dads:

  • Stop limiting beliefs from being passed to the next generation

  • Positively transform their inner dialogue and self-talk

  • Align their daily behaviors with the Dad and man they want to be

  • Reparent themselves so they can parent their kids differently

  • Create and maintain boundaries so you can stay calm, grounded, and patient

I believe the keys to lasting change are awareness, accountability, and aligned action. Let me show you how to live, lead, and love differently starting now.

Would you like me to help you go from an angry, reactive dad
to a calm, connected leader at home in just 6 months?

What if I told you there’s a way to shift how you show up for your kids and partner without guilt, shame, or white-knuckling through your emotions?

A way that helps you respond instead of react, rebuild confidence and connection, and lead your family with integrity… even if nothing else has worked before.

You may have tried books, podcasts, or even therapy, but still find yourself repeating the same patterns.

I get it. I’ve been there. And I’ve helped many dads find a better way.

The real transformation happens when you:

See the beliefs and stories driving your reactions

Rewire your inner dialogue

Start taking action that’s grounded in love, not fear

This is the process I guide my clients through every day.

And it’s what I’d love to walk you through in your introductory session.

What Dads Say

Before I was introduced to Bryan, I didn’t know what a coach was. However, after talking with Bryan I felt a certain level of comfort with him and decided to give it a shot for a month. Two years later I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I am better leader, colleague, friend, son, partner, and father. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to work with Bryan and highly recommend him to anyone looking to take their life to the next level.

John M - CEO, Dad of two

The Hero's Journey Process has been tremendous for me. It provided so much insight into myself, my belief systems and habits. It has helped me look at my life experience through a new lens. The scientific insights and various readings and videos help to support the work with greater understanding to our nature.

Bryan is an excellent coach and understands how to meet you where you are and assist with guiding you through the process to your own success.

Aaron Levy. - CEO, Dad of three

I am now 6 months into my journey and I can wholeheartedly state that my experience with Bryan is life changing. He has helped me refocus my efforts on being a better version of me and appreciating the moments it takes to get there. My work with Bryan has allowed me to see things differently as a professional and my personal life continues to improve and become the satisfying sanctuary I always wanted it to be.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this for?

High-achieving and professionally successful dads who are ready to stop reacting and start leading with calm, confidence, and integrity. Men who’ve built success at work but feel off balance at home.

How long is the program?

Six months. Enough time to create real, lasting change in how you think, feel, and lead.

Is this therapy?

No. It’s coaching. We focus on awareness, accountability, and aligned action so you can show up as the man, Dad, and partner you want to be. We may use therapeutic tools and techniques, but ultimately the process is to move you closer to your vision.

What kind of results can I expect?

You’ll feel more grounded, calm, and connected. Most dads notice shifts in the first few weeks — more patience, less reactivity, and a deeper sense of pride in how they’re showing up at home and at work.

How much time does it take each week?

Plan for 7-10 hours including coaching sessions, reflection work, daily practices, accountability calls, and applying what you’re learning in real life. The focus is on consistent practice, not perfection.

What if I’m not sure I’m ready?

Most dads start this work because something in them knows there’s more. More peace. More presence. More alignment. More connection. You don’t have to have it all figured out — you just have to be willing to start.
